This month we mobilised our latest Commercial Maintenance Contract, in the heart of High Holborn, London.
The mixed-use building comprises seven storeys of serviced offices and ground floor retail space, utilised by one single long-term tenant.
Our weekly PPM visits and reactive response service will cover the maintenance of all air conditioning/HVAC systems, including chillers, fan coils, AHUs, boilers and hot water equipment, as well as electrical supply systems, emergency lighting, fire safety systems and water hygiene. We are also responsible for providing 24/7 response to reactive calls, to ensure that building systems remain fully operational.
The contract award follows a successful tendering exercise for an existing national Commercial Managing Agent client, further strengthening our offering to their portfolio.
