We are therefore very pleased to announce a trio of internal promotions within our Building Services Team this month, with all three team members stepping up into roles which will bring new challenges and rewards in turn.
Congratulations to Neil Vincent, promoted to Building Services Contract Manager having been with Ergro for 2.5 years, joining the business as an Estimator and playing a critical role in ensuring all quotations were produced promptly, whilst representing the best value for money for our clients. Neil has constantly shown the aptitude and capability to take the reins of the Building Services Department and has proven to be pivotal in driving the team forward. We are proud to promote Neil in recognition of his hard work.
Also promoted is Brodie Tse, our new Assistant Contract Manager. Brodie started with Ergro in a Junior role as an Office Administrator 8 years ago, he has consistently pushed himself to take on new roles, gaining knowledge and completing various training programs along the way. Now supporting Neil within the Building Services Department in his new position, we would like to commend Brodie for his hard work and determination and look forward to watching him develop further.
Finally, we congratulate Cameron Bescoby, who has been promoted to Senior Contract Support, having joined us just over 9 months ago, when it was soon evident that he had the skills required to head the Contract Support Department. Cam’s dedication, commitment and diligent attitude to his work has shone through since he started, and we are very pleased to promote him into this role.
