Ergro Enhancing Its Client Experience

With our innovative investments fully underway, we are excited to share that Ergro’sJoblogic CAFM system has been live since 1st July 2024. This multi-faceted solution brings us closer to a fully integrated, end-to-end contract management system, which now includes:

  • Joblogic CAFM System (supported by PowerBI reporting for detailed client reports)
  • My Compliance: Real-time risk assessments, ensuring that Ergro stay fully compliant with legislation, industry licencing body requirements and staff training.
  • Ford Pro Fleet Tracking: Monitoring vehicle health, engineer locations, and driving behaviour. The reporting also assists Ergro, and client’s, report on carbon emissions which aids them reaching collaborative Net Zero targets.

These systems have significantly increased the speed and accuracy with which we share information among managers, team members, and clients. They also improve the quality of information provided to engineers before they arrive on-site, helping them travel efficiently, be fully prepared upon arrival and to achieve first time fixes.

We are yet to implement asset-level reporting, which will allow us to link every project, PPM (Planned Preventative Maintenance), reactive call-out, and remedial action to individual assets. This will provide the level of detail needed to further optimise the system and ensure the information is as precise as possible.

From the client’s perspective, we are now using systems that are widely trusted in the industry. Clients can now access a real-time view of their portfolio through the client portal, where accurate data is captured in an easy-to-read format.
