Ergro has been appointed to supply and install a new Mitsubishi VRF system on the 4th floor (east) of a 7-floor office space on College Hill, London.
The work is the 1st phase of an ongoing services upgrade to the building direct for the landlord and will improve the overall user comfort on the floor.
The works will involve decommissioning of the existing system serving level 4, modifications to the existing pipework to separate the 4th floor systems, replacement of the existing Daikin VRV System, removal and replacement of the existing ceiling, and installation of new power supplies for the indoor and outdoor units.
Upon completion of the installation, the system will be fully commissioned and brought into service.
