Ergro has successfully secured a new project within the heart of London’s Mayfair, a lifecycle plant replacement at a 4-storey commercial office, for a longstanding managing agent client.
Following our previous exemplary delivery of a Daikin VRV replacement within the 4th floor of this property, we have now again been entrusted with further replacements on the 3rd floor, as part of a comprehensive mechanical plant upgrade for the entire building.
The new VRV system, consisting of 14 indoor and 2 outdoor units, incorporates cutting-edge technology, enabling the re-use of existing pipework and containment, minimising disruption to the building occupants.
The execution of this project will require us to work alongside our specialist mechanical lifting partner to oversee the necessary equipment crane lifting, including careful management of road closures and obtaining of permits on behalf of our client.
With works scheduled to commence in November and finish in December, our hours will be confined to weekends and nights, strategically planned to minimise any impact on the office users within the property.
