This week was our bi-annual opportunity to conduct our Engineer’s Briefing, a morning where every member of our engineering team attends our Dartford HQ to learn about important company updates and meet colleagues.
Team leaders shared details on health & safety, company-wide bonus scheme, HR updates, operational and IT software processes, upcoming training opportunities and growth plans for the future of the business.
These meetings are a crucial tool for our operatives to engage in company strategy, meet new team members, and catch up with their office-based colleagues whom they don’t often have the opportunity to collaborate with in person.
The event was a great success, and we look forward to getting together again in the spring.
