The Ergro team approach is welcomed, and a particular example of this being the very small and unnoticeable weep that was identified on a plate heat exchanger project, which was identified and made known at the time by your engineers. It was as good as out-of-sight, so could easily have been missed or hidden and may never have been an issue – however, you knew it needed to be corrected and stepped forwards and said so …. (thanks specifically for that – the client was very pleased) …. these sorts of items can go unnoticed, and then cause an issue when least expected/needed further down the line, and better to attend to them at the time, and walk away happy that all is 100%.”
